Keeping asphalt from sticking is only half the battle—fast, effective cleanup is what keeps crews moving. Here’s a simple two-part approach using our Bio Asphalt Release Agent for release, and Vegesol for cleaning equipment and tools.
1) Bio Asphalt Release Agent (prevent sticking)
Helps reduce asphalt buildup on beds, chutes, hoppers, and hand tools.
Supports cleaner dumping and quicker turnaround between loads.
Apply a light, even coat to clean surfaces before loading; reapply as needed.
2) Vegesol (cleaning equipment & tools)
Vegesol is designed to help break down residue so you can clean up faster at the end of the shift—especially on tools and contact surfaces where buildup slows you down.
Scrape heavy material while warm, then apply Vegesol per label directions.
Allow dwell time to loosen residue, then wipe/brush and rinse if required.
Finish by reapplying release agent to prep for the next shift.
Safety reminder: Always follow SDS/label directions and wear appropriate PPE. Avoid spraying onto hot exhaust components or open flames.
