Bio Asphalt Release Agent + Vegesol Cleaner: Release + Cleanup for Equipment & Tools

Keeping asphalt from sticking is only half the battle—fast, effective cleanup is what keeps crews moving. Here’s a simple two-part approach using our Bio Asphalt Release Agent for release, and Vegesol for cleaning equipment and tools.

1) Bio Asphalt Release Agent (prevent sticking)

• Helps reduce asphalt buildup on beds, chutes, hoppers, and hand tools.

• Supports cleaner dumping and quicker turnaround between loads.

• Apply a light, even coat to clean surfaces before loading; reapply as needed.

2) Vegesol (cleaning equipment & tools)

Vegesol is designed to help break down residue so you can clean up faster at the end of the shift—especially on tools and contact surfaces where buildup slows you down.

• Scrape heavy material while warm, then apply Vegesol per label directions.

• Allow dwell time to loosen residue, then wipe/brush and rinse if required.

• Finish by reapplying release agent to prep for the next shift.

Safety reminder: Always follow SDS/label directions and wear appropriate PPE. Avoid spraying onto hot exhaust components or open flames.
